To make Native Forest organic coconut cream, we press the beef of unpolluted organic coconuts, yielding an oil-wealthy extract that may be mixed best with filtered water and a tiny amount (lower than 1%) of organic guar gum from the seeds of the guar plant. Organic coconut cream lends wealthy and creamy goodness to classic regional dishes, soups, curries, sauces, desserts and beverages. With a higher fat content then our classic coconut milk, it may be a great dairy replacement in a lot of recipes.
